Cloud Engineer

We’re looking for an *experienced Cloud Engineer (Freelancer)* to collaborate with our technical team and enhance our cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a *highly skilled Cloud Engineer* with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud environments. The ideal candidate will work on optimizing cloud architecture, ensuring security compliance, and automating deployment processes across our applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).

* Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.

* Monitor and optimize cloud performance, storage, and networking.

* Implement best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.

* Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration and scalability.

* Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and ensure uptime reliability.

* Maintain proper documentation of cloud configurations and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.

* Strong proficiency in *AWS, **Microsoft Azure, or **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)*.

* Experience with *Docker, **Kubernetes, and **Terraform*.

* Proficient in *Linux/Windows server management* and *network configurations*.

* Knowledge of *CI/CD tools* (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

* Familiarity with *security standards, **IAM, **firewalls, and **VPCs*.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certifications such as *AWS Certified Solutions Architect, **Microsoft Azure Administrator, or **Google Cloud Engineer*.

* Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud setups.

* Scripting knowledge in *Python, **Bash, or **PowerShell*.
