About the Role

Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as

  AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  .
• Implement

  infrastructure-as-code (IaC)

  using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Configure and maintain

  virtual machines, storage solutions, networking, and databases

  in the cloud.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud performance, reliability, and cost.
• Automate deployment pipelines and

  CI/CD processes

  .
• Collaborate with

  development, operations, and security teams

  to ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements.
• Implement cloud

  security best practices

  and compliance policies.
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements.
• Document architecture, processes, and procedures for cloud services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, IT, or related field

  .
• Proven experience as a

  Cloud Engineer, Cloud Administrator, or DevOps Engineer

  .
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (

  AWS, Azure, GCP

  ) and services.
• Knowledge of

  Linux and Windows server administration

  .
• Experience with

  containerization and orchestration

  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with

  scripting and automation

  (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Understanding of

  networking concepts, security, and monitoring tools

  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like

  AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Engineer

  , or equivalent.
• Experience with

  serverless architecture

  ,

  microservices

  , or

  hybrid cloud solutions

  .
• Knowledge of

  database management

  in cloud environments (RDS, DynamoDB, Cloud SQL).
• Familiarity with

  logging and monitoring tools
