Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Pune-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our cloud services and IT infrastructure solutions . Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Understand client requirements and present suitable cloud & IT infrastructure solutions . Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations with prospective clients. Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions and proposals. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies . Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and prepare regular reports. Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing (mandatory). Experience: 6 months 2 years in Inside Sales/Business Development, preferably in cloud services, IT solutions, or enterprise technology . Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT infrastructure is desirable. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
