Primary Skills:

• 4–5 years of administration experience (Jira and Confluence Cloud)
• Good knowledge of scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy – nice to have)

We are looking for a Jira and Confluence Administrator with strong experience in Atlassian tools and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• Manage user access and permissions according to security guidelines
• Create and manage custom workflows, fields, and templates
• Build Jira dashboards and reports using tools like EazyBI
• Automate tasks using scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy)
• Integrate Jira/Confluence with third-party tools
• Optimize costs by replacing plugins with native features
• Handle migrations (on-premise to cloud, and cloud-to-cloud)
• Support Agile teams using cloud-based project management tools
• Communicate effectively with global teams
• Identify skill gaps and help improve team knowledge

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good understanding of security best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable presenting and working with cross-functional teams
