You will be joining our dynamic team as a highly motivated and experienced Closing Manager. Your background in real estate sales with a proven track record in closing high-ticket deals will be crucial for success in this role. As a strategic thinker, you must possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. In this position, your key responsibilities will include: Client Management: - Engaging potential clients by providing detailed insights into project offerings. - Building strong rapport with clients to comprehend their requirements and financial preferences. - Guiding clients through the decision-making process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Sales Closure: - Effectively handling price negotiations and closing deals within the defined ticket size of 70 Lakhs to 10 Crores. - Collaborating with the sales team to surpass closure targets. - Ensuring timely execution of sales agreements and documentation. Strategic Planning: - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales conversion rates. - Analyzing market trends and competitor performance to identify new opportunities. - Working closely with the marketing and sourcing teams to optimize lead conversion. Post-Sales Coordination: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in closing high-value deals, and a proven track record of handling ticket sizes ranging from 70 Lakhs to 10 Crores. A strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, especially the Central Line, is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
