Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire sales closing process from client engagement to documentation and final handover.
Drive conversion of qualified leads into bookings while ensuring a superior client experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
Conduct site visits, negotiate pricing, and address client queries to facilitate closures.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, operations) to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Track and report sales performance metrics against targets.
Stay updated on local market trends, competing projects, and pricing dynamics.

Requirements:

Experience:
36 years in real estate sales with at least 2 years in a closing-focused role, preferably in Hinjewadi or Pune micro-markets.
Skills:

Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
