Job Summary:

Conga CLM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Conga CLM solutions for enterprise clients.
• Develop and customize contract templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows.
• Integrate Conga CLM with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Perform data migrations, custom development, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct system testing, documentation, and user training.
• Ensure solutions comply with best practices, security standards, and business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience working with Conga CLM as a developer.

• Conga CLM Certification

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal/business terminology.
• Hands-on experience with template authoring, clause management, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and data model.

• Basic knowledge of Apex, Salesforce configuration, or admin skills.
• Prior experience in remote or distributed team environments.
