Role Description

VARI is now looking for a Clinical Research Cooridinator, who can support the Head Clinical Research to support and manage clinical studies, ensure protocol compliance, and coordinate with investigators, patients, and regulatory bodies. The role requires strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure high-quality research execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of clinical trials and observational studies.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and institutional SOPs.
• Extend all possible support to the Research team for the smooth progress and delivery of Research program as per the plan
• Maintain accurate study documentation, case report forms, and data entry.
• Liaise with ethics committees, clinicians and internal teams for approvals and reporting.
• Support Research team for publishing articles in peer-reviewed international journals to establish our leadership in evidence-based Ayurveda
• Coordinate with universities, research institutions, and healthcare organizations for the development of clinical research programs
• Coordinate for preparing documentation work for projects / grants

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements

• Education

  : An BAMS degree PLUS Masters in Public Health.

• Experience

  : Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical research field
