Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Associate Manager located in Jaipur. The Clinical Research Associate Manager will oversee clinical trial operations, including protocol development, study planning, and execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supervising clinical research associates. Additionally, the role involves monitoring study progress, data collection, and documentation, as well as liaising with investigators and stakeholders to ensure successful trial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Protocol and Research methodologies
• Experience in Clinical Operations and Project Management
• Proficiency in managing Clinical Trials and related processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
• Relevant certifications in clinical research are a plus
