Position - Clinical Microbiologist Location - Delhi Education - Freshers - MD Microbiologist.3 Who are we HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. What we want you to do ● Integration of Microbiological Knowhow: Apply your expertise in microbiology to analyze and interpret clinical data, identifying trends and patterns relevant to infectious diseases. ● Bedside Versatility: Demonstrate proficiency in bedside care, understanding the clinical nuances of patient management, and effectively integrating microbiological insights into treatment plans. ● Effective Communication: Utilize your people skills to tactfully engage with senior clinicians, providing expert advice on microbiological matters and contributing to collaborative decision-making processes. ● Infection Control Leadership: Work closely with the infection control team and antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMSP) champions to implement effective infection prevention and control measures within hospital environments. ● Experiential Knowledge Sharing: Communicate insights gained from practical experience to clients, demonstrating the value of experiential learning in the field of microbiology and infection control. ● NGS Technological Integration: Superimpose the minimum technological knowhow of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) to correlate with human infections, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of technological advancements in the field. What are we looking in you ● Freshers - MD Microbiologist / PhD. in Molecular Biology or Microbiology or Life Sciences or Biotechnology. ● Proven track record of effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. ● Demonstrated understanding of infection control protocols and antimicrobial stewardship principles. ● Familiarity with molecular and sequencing (NGS) technologies and their applications in clinical microbiology is advantageous.
