Clinical Outreach

As a Clinical Outreach specialist at HaystackAnalytics, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in the fields of medical genetics, genomics, reproductive medicine, oncology, and other relevant specialties. Your role will involve presenting scientific and clinical data accurately, serving as the primary scientific contact for inquiries related to genetics-based products and services, and representing the medical/scientific team at scientific advisory boards, conferences, and symposia. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the development and delivery of scientific training programs for internal teams, conducting educational sessions, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and academic presentations for external stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in creating and reviewing medical/clinical content, including white papers, presentations, and medical communication materials. In the clinical support and insights domain, you will provide scientific support for clinical trials, real-world evidence projects, and post-marketing studies. Your responsibility will include collecting and reporting medical insights from the field to guide product development and marketing strategy. Furthermore, you will support clinicians with test interpretation, report explanation, and phenotype-genotype correlation as needed. Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, ethical, and legal guidelines will be a key aspect of your role. You will be required to stay updated on relevant literature, genetic technologies, and clinical guidelines to maintain compliance with standards such as ACMG and ESHG. To excel in this position, you should possess a PhD, MD, BDS, MDS, with specialization in Medical Genetics, Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related fields. Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, strategic thinking aligned with company goals, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, and a willingness to travel across India are essential competencies for this role.
