Job Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Instructor for simulation-based training, engage healthcare professionals, and drive therapy awareness and adoption. This role involves developing clinical training content, upskilling internal teams, and collaborating with external medical bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute hands-on simulation-based training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Engage KOLs through scientific discussions and case-based learning.
• Facilitate scientific discussions around product usage, clinical practices, and evidence-based outcomes.
• Conduct training and workshops to promote therapy adoption among healthcare professionals.
• Develop high-quality training content including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and videos.
• Build internal clinical capabilities across teams.
• Regularly update content based on new clinical evidence and feedback from training sessions.
• Stay updated with clinical advancements and support continuous learning.
• Partner with professional healthcare associations and institutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
• Prior experience in clinical education and simulation training.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong scientific acumen and ability to translate clinical data into impactful training.
• Proficiency in developing digital and classroom training materials.
• Willingness to travel for training, KOL engagement, and conferences.
