Clinical Application Specialist-HYD

Role Overview: You will be joining Shanghai United Imaging Healthcare Co., Ltd., a company dedicated to developing and producing high-performance advanced medical imaging, radiotherapy equipment, and life science instruments. As an MR Clinical Application Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical application training for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. By delivering high-quality application training and support, you will enhance customer satisfaction and productivity for high-end medical imaging systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop training plans and conduct timely clinical application training for MR Modality within your assigned area - Identify and resolve customer clinical issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships - Gather customer feedback, clinical images, and cases to support product sales and new product research - Assist in establishing regional expert resources, maintaining expert relationships, and supporting clinical scientific research for customers - Establish and maintain reference hospitals in the responsible region and coordinate visits from reference hospitals - Support sales and marketing teams in achieving sales targets and business growth through pre-sales/after-sales product/application demonstration support, and organizing promotions and exhibitions - Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field - 5+ years of experience as a radiographer or radiologist in the healthcare industry, or 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in a specific modality field with familiarity in MR products, technology, and operation - Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with a customer service-oriented mindset - Excellent teamwork skills, dedication to customer satisfaction, and ability to work under pressure - Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes - Experience with other manufacturers is a plus Please note: The Key Competences section mentioned in the job description has not been included in the Job Description as it does not directly relate to the role overview, key responsibilities, or qualification requirements.,
