Job Summary

Clinical Application Specialist


The job responsibilities include:

  1. Make training plans and timely complete the clinical application training of related products (DR/CT/MR/PET-CT) in the area under responsibility;
  2. Discover and solve customer’s clinical problems in time, improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term customer relationships;
  3. Collect customer feedback and excellent clinical images/cases, and summarize them to support product sales and new product research;
  4. Assist in establishing regional expert resources, maintain expert relations, and support customers to carry out clinical scientific research;
  5. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of reference hospitals in the responsible region, and responsible for the reception of reference hospitals’ visiting;
  6. Assist the sales and MKT team to achieve the company's sales targets and business growth by providing pre-sales/after-sales product/application demonstration support, as well as assisting in organizing various promotions and exhibitions.
  7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.


Your Qualification and Experiences Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or related field;
  2. 5+ years’ experience as a radiographer or radiologist in the healthcare industry, or 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field, familiar with DR/CT/MR/PET-CT products, technology, and operation knowledge;
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; good customer service awareness;
  4. Excellent teamwork ability, enjoy working with people, and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction;
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, adaptable to frequent business travel;
  6. Experience in other manufacturers (e.g. GE, Philips, Siemens) is a plus.


Key Competences:

  1. On-site training Development history and cutting-edge technology of the imaging industry;
  2. Basic knowledge of clinical medicine (diseases of various systems and their psychophysiology changes);
  3. Basic knowledge of clinical imaging diagnosis;
  4. Imaging principle and clinical application of imaging technology (application level);
  5. Image-related image post-processing software (application level);
  6. Customer relationship maintenance.
