Job Qualification

Education Level : B Tech in Biotechnology/Biomedical/Bsc-MSc in Medical ImagingExperience : 5+ years in handling Application role of UIS ProductsLanguage Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English,HindiComputer Skill : Familiar with Computer, Software & Social MediaProduct knowledge and skills Able to perform abdomen, small parts, 2D Echo scanning demos (vascular and POC skills preferred)

Job Responsibilities

Provide Pre Sale and Post Sale support to assigned SKA accounts. More focus in South and also needs to support a few national SKA accounts which across India.
Have a deep understanding of the key accounts which include good development and maintenance of customer relationship.
Training of clinical staff on designated equipment. Help customers to understand all the functions of the products and make the best use it.
Help customers and distributors to solve UIS product issues, response in time.
Collect end-users’ feedbacks; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.
Train the distributor’s team for better product demo to end users.
Provide suggestions for the product development as per customer’s requirement.
Keep good relationship with HOD, Senior doctors and Biomedical team of Hospital.
Supporting marketing activities
Support doctors for clinical research
Plan and conduct IDM
Share competition information
