Position Overview:

The Clinic Manager – Mental Health & Public Relations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the mental health clinic, ensuring smooth administration, patient satisfaction, and effective stakeholder engagement. The role involves building and maintaining professional relationships with doctors, schools, colleges, and corporate partners to enhance the visibility and outreach of the clinic’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations and administration of the mental health clinic.
• Handle public relations (PRO) activities including event coordination, partnerships, and brand promotion.
• Visit doctors, schools, colleges, and corporate offices to organize awareness programs and strengthen professional relationships.
• Develop and execute community engagement initiatives and wellness campaigns to promote mental health awareness.
• Maintain and enhance patient experience through process improvement and service excellence.
• Collaborate with the clinical and counseling teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and manage clinic performance, operational costs, and staff productivity.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing, outreach, and clinic operations.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance standards and clinic policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Psychology, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in mental health clinic management, hospital administration, or healthcare PR roles.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in event coordination and external stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Empathetic approach and sensitivity towards mental health issues.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience working in a mental health or wellness setup.
• Exposure to corporate wellness or outreach programs.
• Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,597.06 per month
