Our Client has appointed us to identify and hire a Clinic Manager

Renowned for its personalized care, premium service, and uncompromising standards, the clinic is led by a celebrated celebrity dermatologist and caters to a discerning clientele seeking the highest level of aesthetic and dermatological expertise.

Salary range: Up to INR 60,000 per month

Location: Khar West, Mumbai(on-site)

Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

You will be responsible for these Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

  • Supervise front-desk and clinical staff; ensure daily coordination
  • Ensure patient flow is smooth and appointment timelines are followed
  • Handle operational issues, supplies, and maintenance coordination
  • Act as the bridge between the doctor, the front desk, and the patients
  • Handle escalations and ensure a high standard of service
  • Oversee inventory, vendor communication, and staff discipline

Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Appointment & Patient Flow Efficiency: Appointments to start at soon scheduled time. Fewer patient complaints per month
  • Staff Coordination & Performance: Conduct weekly check-ins with front desk and clinical staff; ensure complete adherence to assigned shifts and SOPs.
  • Operational & Inventory Management: Ensure fewer stockouts of critical clinical or front-desk supplies. Complete vendor issues resolved within 48 hours; monthly vendor report submitted on time.

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduate, preferably in hospitality, business, or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • 2–5 years of experience in managing a team(Clinic, Spa, Wellness Center, or Hospitality background).
  • Fluent in English, well-groomed and composed.
  • Proficiency with clinic software/Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
