Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic
Lead, motivate, and manage clinic staff
Ensure excellent client service and client satisfaction
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Handle walk-ins, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
Monitor client treatment schedules, audit treatment execution
Maintain clinic hygiene, discipline, and clinic standards
Conduct team meetings, reporting, and performance tracking
Coordinate with management for marketing and promotional activities
Resolve client concerns, feedback, and service escalations

Skills & Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience in Slimming / Wellness / Healthcare / Beauty / Hospitality preferred
Strong Sales & Customer Service skills
Team leadership and managerial skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
