Clinic Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end clinic operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Drive center sales performance, meet revenue targets, and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Lead, monitor, and motivate the center staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise billing, cash handling, and cash counter operations with 100% accuracy and compliance.
• Review and share daily reports including walk-ins, open cards, client conversions, and engagement metrics.
• Verify and submit daily petty cash reports, ensuring strong financial discipline.
• Ensure timely bank deposits of all cash remittances within 24 working hours with proper documentation.
• Interact with clients proactively, understand their needs, and guide them on treatment plans.
• Maintain strong follow-ups on unconverted leads to maximize conversions.
• Re-engage existing, inactive, and dormant clients to boost re-bookings, referrals, and upgrade revenue.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
  
• 3 to 10 years of experience in

  Wellness, Slimming, Healthcare, Salon, Hospitality, or Retail
