Job Description – Clinic Manager (Sharjah Branch) We are seeking an experienced and proactive Clinic Manager with fluency in English to oversee the daily operations of our Sharjah branch. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication ability, and prior experience in the healthcare or clinical operations field. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Oversee day-to-day functioning of the clinic. Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality patient experience. Monitor maintenance, sterilization standards, and overall clinic hygiene. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for efficient workflow. 2. Staff Management · Conduct staff briefings, training, and performance evaluations. · Maintain discipline, professionalism, and staff productivity. 3. Patient Relations Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism. Ensure excellent patient service standards and patient satisfaction. Oversee appointment bookings, reception processes, and patient documentation. 4. Administrative & Financial Oversight Track daily cash/online collections Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management. Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH/Sharjah Municipality regulations and clinic policies. 5. Compliance & Quality Standards Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and safety standards. Oversee documentation, licensing renewals, inspections, and audits. Requirements Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a healthcare/clinic management role. Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in a busy clinical environment. Preferred Skills Experience handling clinics. Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.
