Non-Surgical Procedures: Perform cosmetic procedures such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels. Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Skincare Advice: Advise patients on skincare routines and lifestyle changes to improve aesthetic health. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to healthcare regulations and safety standards. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest techniques and technologies in aesthetic medicine. Managing overall consultation and treatment process and converting the clients for the business. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quota and objectives within the assigned territory. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and key accounts. Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing sales, including system delivery and installation. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market opportunities. CRM Utilization: Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to organize prospect lists, customer contacts, sales pipeline, and sales forecasting.
