Clinic Manager (Hair Transplant & Aesthetic)

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead operations at Skinroots Clinic. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in dermatology or cosmetic clinic management, dedicated to enhancing patient experience, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
• Manage inventory and procurement of medical supplies and retail products.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize pricing strategies and service packages.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
• Oversee the patient consultation process, ensuring staff are expertly trained in treatment and product knowledge.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a seamless patient journey from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
• Handle complex patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Drive patient retention and loyalty.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience is mandatory in a leadership or managerial role within a dermatology clinic, cosmetic surgery center, or medical spa.
• Proven experience in sales management and driving business development within the healthcare sector.
• Strong financial experience with budgeting, P&L management, and revenue cycle management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
