Client Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing client queries through calls, emails, and chat while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Resolve client issues or escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful resolution and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, patient, and client-focused attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
