Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Receive and address all incoming support requests from clients and vendors via telephone, email, and text in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
  • Resolve client and vendor queries as per defined SLA.
  • Provide support to international clients through chats, calls, and emails.
  • Ensure all information and disclosures are communicated correctly to the client before and after calls/mail requests.
  • Managing the lifecycle of the order request within the timelines as per SOPs.
  • Resolving client/vendor queries over calls and managing the order queue as per SLA.
