As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic professional to manage our backend operations and help streamline our client coordination. Job Summary: We are seeking a female candidate who will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating with leads, and overseeing our backend team, including editors. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Call and coordinate with potential clients to schedule meetings with the photographer. Follow up with leads professionally and promptly to maximize meeting conversions. Manage communication with existing clients to ensure timely updates and support. Supervise and coordinate with the editing team and other backend staff to ensure timely project deliveries. Maintain organized records of client interactions, project progress, and team tasks. Provide daily operational support to the lead photographer. Handle general administrative tasks related to client service and team coordination. Requirements: Female candidate preferred due to the nature of client interaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both in English and local language). Experience in client servicing, coordination, or operations (photography or creative industry preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple workflows. Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace). Ability to work independently and proactively. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a photography or creative services company.
