Client Support Manager

Role Overview: As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for preparing offers for property purchases, managing listing agreements, and ensuring accurate documentation for real estate transactions. Your role will involve entering deal information into Lonewolf, providing support to real estate agents, and assisting in day-to-day operational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process with accuracy and timely delivery. - Create and manage listing agreements, upload accurate listings on internal platforms for sales or lease. - Collect and organize deal-related documents, ensure compliance and completion before the closing date. - Enter deal information into Lonewolf software, maintain accurate records, and streamline operations. - Provide on-time support to real estate agents, assist with documentation, coordination, and operational needs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field (MBA Preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, or any other regional language is a plus. - Previous experience with CRM tools is preferred. - 0 to 3 years of experience in support and coordination. - Experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous.
