Client Support Internship

As an intern, your primary responsibilities will include owning the overall relationship with assigned clients. This involves managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to drive the continued value of our products and services. Additionally, you will need to maintain and develop customer success strategies, best practices, and customer support content. Effective communication with both internal and external senior-level management is crucial to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share key insights. To be successful in this role, you must have completed your education and possess a strong willingness to learn and grow. Based on your performance, this internship has the potential to transition into a full-time position. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and is located in Pune, Maharashtra. The work schedule is during the day shift. Additionally, applicants must be willing to commute to the office located at Nal Stop, Pune as the role requires in-person presence.
