Job Description

Your role as an intern will involve the following responsibilities: - Owning overall relationship with assigned clients, including managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction - Establishing a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to drive the continued value of products and services - Developing and implementing customer success strategies, best practices, and support content - Effectively communicating with internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share insights - Maintaining customer success metrics and data as instructed Other requirements: - Must have completed your education - Must be eager and willing to learn and grow Upon successful performance, this internship will lead to a full-time role. Education: - Bachelor's degree required Location: - Pune, Maharashtra Work Location: - In person Please note that this internship is based on a full-time schedule during the day shift. Additionally, you must be willing to commute to the office located at Nal Stop, Pune. The workweek is from Monday to Friday. The internship also offers a potential full-time position based on your performance.,
