Client Support Internship

Your role as an intern will involve the following responsibilities: - Owning overall relationship with assigned clients, including managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction - Establishing a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to drive the continued value of products and services - Developing and implementing customer success strategies, best practices, and support content - Effectively communicating with internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share insights - Maintaining customer success metrics and data as instructed Other requirements: - Must have completed your education - Must be eager and willing to learn and grow Upon successful performance, this internship will lead to a full-time role.
