Position Overview:
We are looking for Client Support Executives who are detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to work in dynamic global operations. You will be responsible for handling data management, research, reporting, and CRM updates with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and update client and project data accurately.
• Create and maintain reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Assist in preparing and formatting client proposals.
• Manage and update CRM systems and internal databases.
• Support team operations by ensuring smooth workflow and timely deliverables.

Required Skills

• Strong English written communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data organization, and reports).
• Basic understanding of CRM tools or data entry systems.
• Ability to research, collect, and analyze online information.
• Knowledge of the U.S. Insurance industry will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience

• Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline (non-technical background acceptable).
• 6–18 months of experience in back-office, client servicing, or process support preferred.
• Up to 2 years of total professional experience desirable.

Work Schedule

• 5-Day Work Week.
• Flexible for both day and night shifts.
• Willingness to work in U.S. time zone shifts.
