Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Support Executive who is empathetic, confident, and growth-driven — someone who loves helping women achieve their fitness goals while building meaningful relationships.
You’ll be the voice of Fitness Funda for our existing clients — nurturing, retaining, and inspiring them — while also supporting our sales process by onboarding new clients.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound client communication through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
• Build relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, renewals, and upgrades.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Support new customer onboarding — guide them through our fitness ecosystem and help them stay motivated.
• Collaborate with the marketing and coaching teams for campaigns, promotions, and client journeys.
• Track and report daily activity, leads, and conversions using internal CRM tools.

Who You Are

• Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Support / Inside Sales / Client Servicing (fitness, wellness, or real estate background preferred).
• Personality: Energetic, empathetic, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English & Hindi.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, Zoom, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and empowering women.
