Client Support Executive

Job Title: Client Support – Fresher

Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional support to clients via calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand client requirements and assist them with product-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Report client concerns or product-related issues to the respective departments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
• Strive to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements

• Fresher graduates (Any stream – IT/Non-IT welcome).
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Quick learner with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
