Job Summary:

Client Success & Technical Project Coordinator

hybrid role

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Success

  • Serve as the main daily point of contact for several active clients.
  • Acknowledge and respond to client requests within SLA (typically same-day).
  • Provide clear updates, clarify needs, and manage expectations professionally.
  • Prepare and send weekly status summaries for each active project.
  • Schedule demos, review meetings, and internal planning calls.

Project Coordination & Ticket Management

  • Convert client requests into structured tickets in our PM system (ClickUp/Jira/Azure DevOps).
  • Categorize requests (bug, enhancement, feature, clarification) and collect missing details.
  • Keep tickets organized, updated, and prioritized across multiple projects.
  • Track progress from intake triage development QA client review.

Technical Triage & Requirements Clarification

  • Review incoming requests for clarity, feasibility, and completeness.
  • Translate client input into clear acceptance criteria and actionable tasks.
  • Perform lightweight effort assessments (S/M/L) to support planning.
  • Break larger requests into smaller stories and subtasks.
  • Route work to appropriate developers and ensure no task sits idle.

Quality & Process Improvement

  • Improve ticket templates, client intake forms, and communication workflows.
  • Identify repeated issues and propose solutions.
  • Maintain consistency in documentation, version control, and hand-offs.
  • Help shape iNest Web delivery processes as we scale.

What You Bring

  • 46+ years of experience in

  • Solid understanding of how web applications, APIs, databases, and integrations work (coding not required).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills—comfortable managing many parallel requests.
  • Experience with project/ticketing tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, etc.).
  • Ability to think logically, break down problems, and anticipate edge cases.
  • Calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience at a software agency or custom development firm
  • QA background or light ability to test features
  • Technical writing experience
  • Familiarity with UI/UX or requirements gathering
