Spring Brand Solutions is a marketing agency with tremendous strengths in 360 degree digital work. We have now started a specialized business unit called Vyral Media focusing on Influencer Marketing. We are looking for a driven, results-oriented individuals to drive the growth of this new unit.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role is located in Mumbai. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for:

• New business Development
• On-boarding and managing Influencers
• Overall management of Client and Influencer relationships
• Target based performance evaluations and incentives

Qualifications

• Strong Client Servicing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem solving abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum experience of 1 year in Client management role
