Job Description

As a Client Success Manager in the Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency located in Ahmedabad, your role will be crucial in leading client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main bridge between clients and internal teams, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through strategic account management and successful campaign/project execution. Your key responsibilities will include: Client Relationship Management: - Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. - Building strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results. - Understanding clients" business objectives, brand positioning, and marketing goals. - Proactively identifying opportunities to add value and upsell services. Project & Delivery Oversight: - Overseeing end-to-end execution of client projects from briefing to final delivery. - Coordinating with creative, content, design, media, and tech teams for timely and quality output. - Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction. Strategic Planning & Consultation: - Contributing to strategic marketing plans for clients. - Advising clients on best practices in digital marketing, advertising trends, and new opportunities. - Presenting campaign reports, analytics, and performance insights with actionable recommendations. Performance Tracking & Reporting: - Maintaining detailed records of campaign results, ROI, and client feedback. - Ensuring timely delivery of performance reports and strategic reviews. Revenue & Growth Responsibility: - Achieving retention and upsell targets for assigned accounts. - Identifying cross-selling opportunities across Rioconn's service portfolio. To excel in this role, you must have at least 5-9 years of client servicing/account management experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns. Additionally, you should possess a client-first mindset, a passion for delivering measurable results, high ownership, accountability, attention to detail, strong leadership, and team coordination skills.,
