We're seeking a dynamic, high-energy professional with a background in the film or media industry. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with experience in casting, production coordination, or management who is looking to pivot into a client-facing investment banking role.This position requires someone who is ready for frequent travel across India to meet with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

 • Participate in client onboarding processes and meetings.

 • Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and corporates.

 • Manage professional client communication, presentations, and follow-ups with precision.

 • Work with internal teams to help prepare pitch books, financial overviews, and other transaction documents.

 • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals and solutions are delivered on time.

 • Maintain high-touch engagement with all external stakeholders to support deal execution.

 • Travel frequently across India to engage with investors, corporate clients, and partners.

Requirements:

 • 2–6 years of experience in the film or media industry, specifically in casting, production coordination, or team management roles.

 • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with high-profile talent, clients, or executives.

 • Highly organized with experience in managing schedules, stakeholders, and logistics across multiple projects.

 • A strong desire to learn about financial markets, client advisory, and business development.

 • Experience working with top-tier production houses or film studios is a plus.

 • Demonstrated experience handling negotiations or high-stakes coordination is preferred.

 • Curious, adaptable, and eager to transition into a corporate/financial services environment.
