Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing client data to improve services, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong Analytical Skills to understand and leverage client data
• Expertise in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Experience in managing client relationships in the technology or services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
