What you will do Partner with Software Engineering teams of our clients to understand their hiring goals. Ask intelligent questions to the clients and get to the depth of the requirements. Dive deep into the job description, understand the said and unsaid technical requirements and behavior traits expected of candidates Setup searches, create sourcing strategies, Screen quality candidates and prepare custom reach-out messages for multiple role across US and India Be the anchor of the Sourcing and Candidate Success team Continuously improve our internal systems and process to make your role easier Build on our system, understand and own them, be the champion to drive innovation across the sourcing vertical Mandatory Job Requirements Minimum 1+ years of experience in software development, sales, customer success, business analysis, recruiting or related field.
