Talent Sourcing Manager

We typically work with high-growth venture-funded startups that are on rapid growth and hiring path. Novoguild started in April 2021 and we work in India and USA.

Talent Sourcer

What you will do

• Partner with Software Engineering teams of our clients to understand their hiring goals. Ask intelligent questions to the clients and get to the depth of the requirements.
• Dive deep into the job description, understand the said and unsaid technical requirements and behavior traits expected of candidates
• Setup searches, create sourcing strategies, Screen quality candidates and prepare custom reach-out messages for multiple role across US and India
• Be the anchor of the Sourcing and Candidate Success team
• Continuously improve our internal systems and process to make your role easier
• Build on our system, understand and own them, be the champion to drive innovation across the sourcing vertical

Mandatory Job Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in software development, sales, customer success, business analysis, recruiting or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent soft skills. This is collaborative real, soft skills are paramount for you to succeed in this.

• Ability to learn fast.

• Ability to unlearn faster.

• Excellent knowledge of the tech space and how technologies fit in the grand scheme of Software landscape

• Ability to show initiative and work independently
• Self-starter who is inherently motivated to exceed targets
• Computer savvy and proficient with Google Workspace (G suite) and specifically Google Doc, Sheets and Slides.
• Good analytical skills
• A Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Engineering is preferred.
