Client Success Associate (Inside Sales)

You will be joining Lawyer Panel, a legal tech startup dedicated to assisting clients in financial distress. Our team, led by experienced entrepreneurs from prestigious institutions like IIT, IIM, and MIT USA, comprises over 200 professionals across 10 offices in 7 cities, with a significant presence in the Delhi-NCR region. As a Client Success Associate, your main responsibilities will include: - Collecting monthly retainer fees from clients as per the agreed timeline - Acquiring new clients based on targeted leads - Collaborating with senior advocates to prevent client harassment - Working alongside senior advocates to ensure prompt settlements - Conducting negotiations with bank officials and recovery agencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong communication abilities - Building and maintaining client relationships - Client acquisition strategies - Negotiation techniques In terms of job requirements, we are looking for candidates with: - Sales experience ranging from 3 months to 1 year - Access to a laptop and handset (laptop can be provided on rental basis) Your skills in negotiation, sales, communication, educational sales, cold calling, inside sales, client acquisition, and business development will be invaluable in contributing to the success of our team.,
