Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis
Conduct research to understand industry trends and client requirements.
Gather insights about competitors and potential customers.
Share findings with the management team for strategy development.
Client Interaction & Engagement
Speak with potential clients, listen to their requirements, and document key details.
Follow up regularly with clients to maintain engagement.
Forward industry-specific leads to the relevant internal teams.
Product Understanding & Coordination
Learn and understand ISARVAs product portfolio: HRMS & Support Solutions,
Inventory Management, Cyber security & Training, Industrial Automation, and
International Business Solutions.
Participate in product presentations and client discussions.
Communicate product features effectively to prospective clients.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client conversations in CRM
tools.
Prepare weekly reports on progress and share with management.
Follow company policies and ensure adherence to timelines.

Skills & Qualities Required

Strong communication (verbal & written) and listening skills.
Ability to perform market research and prepare reports.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about industry-specific solutions.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided).
Professional approach with the ability to work under timelines.
