Provide top level concierge and reception service to clients
Perform essential daily studio tasks and projects, including checking clients into class,maintaining luxury studio look and feel, assisting clients with package selection, etc.Maintain a positive attitude and represent the organization and its values in a positive wayProvide support to Instructors and work as a team with all other staff membersAssist with the training and coaching of new hires for the Client Services Team as neededMaintain product knowledge for all studio retail operationsUphold company brand standards in terms of studio look and feel, client service and company cultureActively contribute to companies topline revenue through achieving predetermined sales targets.
