About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in traditional marketing and mainline advertising and digital media . The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator with a strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns, including mediums like Television, Radio, Outdoor (OOH), and Print and digital platforms like meta, Instagram , linkedin

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key point of contact between the agency and clients.

Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Manage end-to-end execution of ATL & BTL campaigns — including TV, Radio, Print, and OOH.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while meeting quality standards.

Prepare campaign reports and present performance metrics to clients.

Provide strategic input and creative suggestions during ideation and pitch meetings.

Stay updated with current marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency environment.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with traditional marketing channels (TV, Radio, OOH, Print).

Understanding of both ATL and BTL activities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
