Client Servicing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert incoming leads from hotel panels and other channels into confirmed wedding decor bookings.
• Understand client requirements, themes, budgets, and preferences to offer suitable dcor solutions.
• Conduct in-person meetings, venue walkthroughs, and client presentations as needed.
• Prepare quotations, decor proposals, and detailed layouts in coordination with the designer and operations teams.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the planning and execution stages.
• Oversee the smooth coordination of wedding dcor projectsfrom inquiry to final event delivery.
• Maintain updated lead reports, conversion ratios, and client interaction logs.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with hotel partners, wedding planners, and clients.
• Ensure high service standards and timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Represent Mint green Decor professionally during meetings, site visits, and events.

• Hands on Experienced in Productions, Decor, CSM, Operations, ,Client Service, Weddings
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
