Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service
1. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve yearly sales targets by actively pursuing new sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
2. Customer Consultations: Conduct consultations with couples, wedding planners, and event coordinators to understand their decorative needs and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Decor Proposals: Create customized decor proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services.
Production Team Collaboration
1. Design and Conceptualization: Work with our production team to design and conceptualize decorative elements, including lighting, furniture, and floral arrangements.
2. Event Execution: Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless execution of events, including delivery, setup, and teardown of decorative elements.
3. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that decorative elements meet our high standards.

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
