We’re Hiring: Client Servicing Manager

What you’ll do:

✔️ Be the face of Magictap for our clients, building trust and strong relationships✔️ Understand client requirements deeply and coordinate with internal teams for flawless delivery✔️ Be on-ground at events, ensuring seamless execution and addressing client needs in real time✔️ Work closely with the operations team to ensure all elements come together perfectly✔️ Proactively upsell our new products and innovations to existing clients✔️ Suggest fresh ideas that elevate brand experiences and position Magictap as their go-to tech partner

Who are we looking for?

🔹 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, events, experiential marketing, or advertising🔹 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills🔹 A proactive problem solver with an ownership mindset – someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do🔹 Comfortable being on-ground at events to ensure client delight🔹 Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously🔹 Someone who understands the value of upselling and can identify opportunities within existing accounts
