Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager - Events & Activations, who can lead a team to flawlessly execute on-ground activations across college campuses and brand events. This role involves planning, delegating, and overseeing event execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team executing college activations, brand events, and influencer-led campaigns for brands like

    Titan, Fastrack, JBL, and Croma

    .
  • Coordinate with clients to understand briefs, objectives, and expectations.
  • Allocate tasks to the execution team, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with college committees, event organizers, and student bodies for approvals and campaign coordination.
  • Manage

    vendor relationships

    — negotiate costs, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality.
  • Work closely with the creative and influencer marketing teams to integrate offline and digital activations.
  • Oversee event logistics, production setup, and contingency planning.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and timelines to ensure efficiency.
  • Provide on-ground supervision during key events to ensure flawless execution.
  • Prepare post-event reports, including KPIs, learnings, and client feedback.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in event execution, brand activations, or BTL marketing (experience with college activations preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for events and activations.
