Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing / Key Accounts Manager
with 12 years of experience in a digital marketing agency. This role requires someone who can build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing solutions that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients.
Maintain ongoing communication to understand client needs and expectations.
Develop trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Campaign Coordination
Work with creative, content, performance, and social media teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Coordinate day-to-day project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure work quality meets both internal and client standards.
Support in Strategic Planning
Assist in developing campaign strategies and proposals.
Conduct industry and competitor research as needed.
Support account leads in building client presentations and reporting decks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social, search, email, content, etc.).
Highly organized with good multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and project management tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
12 years of experience in client servicing or account management in a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
