We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Servicing Field Sales Executive in North Lakhimpur to manage client relationships, drive renewals, and support business growth.

Upselling Cross-Selling:

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant solutions to existing North Lakhimpur clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to customise proposals and offerings.

Collaboration Reporting:

Coordinate with operations, product, and support teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, renewals, and performance in CRM systems.
Share regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue contribution with management.

Requirements:

A Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management in North Lakhimpur Assam.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Comfortable with client visits and field interactions.
