We are a 29-year-old full-service advertising and communication agency with expertise across mainline and digital advertising. Our dynamic team works with leading brands, offering creative, strategic, and impactful marketing solutions. We are looking for a passionate Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Chandigarh location.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency.

Understand client requirements, business objectives, and communication goals.

Coordinate and collaborate with the Gurugram team (Creative, Digital, Strategy, and Production) to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from brief to final delivery — across digital, print, and mainline media.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Support in creating proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

Stay updated on marketing and digital trends to provide strategic insights to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.

1–4 years of relevant experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or digital marketing agency.

Strong understanding of both digital and mainline advertising.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

A proactive team player with good interpersonal skills.
