Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive located in Kochi. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling client inquiries, preparing and delivering presentations, providing excellent customer service, and managing client accounts. The role requires active coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Client Relations skills
• Experience in preparing and delivering Presentations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Account Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in the creative or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
